Chinese language and culture course

This University offers dynamic and effective Chinese language courses. It includes culture practices for personal participation to understand and to be exposed to a variety of aspects of the Chinese culture. A variety of exchange visits and exchange activities are offered to explore the moods of the modern city of Shanghai.

The tuition fee for this program is 2400RMB for 4 weeks and the total fee is 8000- 9000RMB, which includes accommodation fees and activity fees.

The content of this course includes

Chinese language: spoken Chinese and conversation, Chinese language communication and techniques.

Culture- Chinese culture under the background of Globalization: Globalization, Chinese culture, Chinese tea culture, Chinese calligraphy culture, Chinese history, Chinese martial arts, Traditional Chinese medicine culture, Chinese costume, Chinese folk culture, Confucius culture, Traditional Culture of south of the Yangtze River.

Chinese Language Program

This program includes 6 levels and every level is for one semester. The basic courses in 6 levels are designed to strengthen the students’ abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. 

There are also some relevant culture courses like calligraphy, Chinese painting, Tai Ji Boxing, Chinese gardens.
