Of recent times, China has been the preferred place of studying at the tertiary level for a lot of Indian students. A recent poll has revealed there are about 13,500 students from India studying in China.Thisis largely due to ease of application and affordability. The Ministry of Education of the Indian government has however listed universities that are recognized if students wish to apply for licenses by writing the FMGE, therefore, before students apply for MBBS, it is advised that they take a look at that list.

China provides a very safe environment for students to study. It records as one of the countries with low student crime rates. It is also tolerant to all cultures and religions. It is also a pacesetter as far as development is concerned and students would find life in China very easy.Foreign lecturers are coupled with Chinese lecturers with good English proficiency in some schools. Students can apply with their high school certificate or results. Admissions starts early June and closes late September. Most universities follow the rolling admission type and might close earlier if their required number of students for a particular year group is reached. Students are therefore advised to apply early as deadline may vary due to this.
