An ACASC Counselor can be a qualified company with vast experience in recommending students to pursue their studies in China; also, an ACASC Counselor can be an individual, who recommends foreigners willing to study in China to our Portal that is ACASC.

Terms & Conditions for Agents

Part I General Policy

All Agents must provide valid Passport or valid documents of their Company.
Student’s application documents and information must be valid.
Agents are prohibited from contacting the schools directly without consulting ACASC.
Agents are prohibited from charging students high and unreasonable service fee after getting admission package from ACASC.
Any fraudulent activities that will undermine or bring disrepute to ACASC and Chinese universities is strictly prohibited

Note: Failure to adhere to the above terms, your account will be blocked by ACASC, and you will be on all Chinese school’s blacklist, thus you cannot recommend students.

Part Ⅱ Refund Policy for Application Fee

The school charges application fee and it can be refunded only if the school cannot offer the course

Part Ⅲ Commission Policy

Commission is the package that agents are rewarded by ACASC in the form of a certain percentage of students’tuition.
