Since Huaihua Univeristy was founded in the 1958, our subject strengths have reflected a strong commitment to engage with the world. We strive for an international outlook - to help us carry out first-class research, to recruit the highest quality students and faculty, to prepare our graduates for competitive employment market and to inspire our staff and students to make a difference in the world.

We work in partnership with many universities across the globe and receive students from China and other countries. Around 90 per cent of our students come from outside the region, while our teaching community comprises staff from China, US, UK, Australia and Russia. We're also determined that our students graduate with a world view. That's why an increasing number of our undergraduates spend part of their degree overseas.
