Book Your Accommodation
Mostly after students have applied and gained admission into their desired university, we encourage them to book their accommodation using our online accommodation booking form. It’s very easy to book your accommodation and guess what it’s free of charge. No money is paid to book your accommodation. Book Your Airport Pickup
Most international students arrive in China exhausted after a long trip. Due to language barrier, communicating with the local people become very difficult for international students. Without any assistance at your arrival airport, finding directions, transiting to a different city airport, means of transport and locating the international education center of your university becomes a force to reckon with.
ACASC airport pick-up service is here to solve these problems for you. Our team will meet you at the airport and assist you from the airport to your university or college and further assist you with your registration formalities. ACASC provides airport pick-up services at these cities in China: Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Chongqing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Qingdao and Harbin. Pick-up service fee varies based on your arrival airport. It ranges from $100-$300.
On Board the Flight
Before your flight lands in any airport in China, an arrival application form will be given to you. Kindly fill this form with your accurate information and keep the form. The immigration at the airport will ask for this form when you’re accessed.

If possible, try to make friends with some of the Chinese that are around you on the flight. Should in case you alight at your arrival destination and you don’t know what to do, they can assist you in making a call, giving you directions and helping you at the airport. Chinese citizens are very interesting and friendly so don’t hesitate to ask them for help.
