Recently, the China Scholarship Council（CSC）of the Ministry of Education has announced the project results of 2018 “International Exchange of Excellent Undergraduates programs”. 13 projects of SWUPL win approval, ranking NO.1 in Chongqing.

“International Exchange of Excellent Undergraduates programs” was set up by State Scholarship Council in 2012, aiming to make full use of the advantages of government-sponsored overseas study and policy guidance, enhance cooperation between domestic high-level universities and world-renowned universities and institutes, to promote multicultural communication, to develop students’ innovative consciousness, practical ability and international competence, and thus to meet with the demand of the country for professional, high-quality talents.

In 2013, it was the first time that SWUPL had been awarded this project. In the past few years, about 130 SWUPL undergraduates have gotten CSC financial assistance to study abroad. According to funding standards, CSC will supply the scholarship, living expenses and one-time Round-trip international travel expense to students during their abroad studying.
