Application Process and Visa Application
Application Procedures and Related Documents for JW-202 (Visa)
For application procedures follow the instructions below strictly:
1. Send us a Digital Passport size photo.
2. Scanned First Page of Passport (with identity info).
3. Completely filled Health Checkup form (Foreigner Physical Examination Form).
4. Notarized Highest Education Certificate and school mark sheet.
5. Completely filled Application Form and Detailed Resume(cv.).
The cv should mention your home address, family contact number, all the education background, and every year's experience after your graduation.
6. Fee structure signed by the student.
7. Family Information Registration form filled by the student.
8. Reference person or recruiting agency’s passport page and also a signed Guarantee for Student Application.
9. No criminal certificate.
Note 1:
Guarantee for Student Application: It needs to be done by the reference person or recruiting agency. Later we will arrange commission according to this.
Note 2:
1. Jw202 form is visa application form for studying in China, it’s an official document required by the Chinese Embassy/Consulate when applying for an X visa (student visa).
2. Please all documents must be scanned and must be clearly seen. Only scanned copies of these documents mentioned above are accepted. Documents taken with a camera or phone will be denied due to the less clarity of the documents when printed out.
3. Applicant must be between the ages of 18-25 years.
*Application Fee: 800 RMB
*Postal fee: 540 RMB (If you need an international post by DHL)
*Guarantee fee: 3000 RMB
Total Amount: 4340RMB
( International remittance has the service charges, if the money we receive is less than 4340RMB, we will deduct the balance from your guarantee fee.)
Visa Application (At the nearest Chinese Embassy)
Successful applicants will be mailed the necessary documents to apply for an entry Visa. You must visit your local Chinese Embassy/Consulate in your home country or area. When applying for your visa, please remember to bring along with you: Applicant's original passport valid up to at least eight months with at least one or more visa pages.
· Medical Report.
· Police Report.
· Bank Statement from Sponsor.
· Copy of ID from Sponsor.
· Complete filled embassy visa application form.
· Two recent passport photograph.
· Photocopy of travelling passport.
· Copies of school certificate, birth certificate.
Import Documents To Be Submitted To The Admission Office
Henceforth, we would like to inform all students who have been admitted to Hebei North University of some very important requirements that must be submitted on arrival at the University.
The Documents are as follows:
1. Original Medical Checkup.
2. Bank Certificate.
3. Notarized Highest Education Certificate and school mark sheet.
4. No criminal certificate.
5. Detailed Resume. ( cv )
6. The ticket you travel to China.
Please take note that failure to submit these documents might result in the student being rejected as a student and sent back home. Please do your best to get the required documents to prevent any inconveniences.
The Immigration Bureau of Zhangjiakou City requires all international students to register at the admission office of Hebei North University within 24 hours when they arrive in Zhangjiakou city.
The admission office will assist the students to register at the police station. Students who travel to other cities before arriving in Zhangjiakou must provide proof of traveling such as train tickets or bus tickets. Failure to abide by this new of the local bureau will lead to punishments. Students will be fined an amount of 2,000 rmb.
Do make sure that your letter of admission and your JW202 form is handed back to you together with your passport after obtaining your Chinese visa. You will need these documents to apply for your Residence Permit after your arrival at Hebei North University.
