The Delegation from SDJZU Visited Universities in Germany and France
In order to strengthen communication and cooperation between Shandong Jianzhu University and Universities in Germany and France, the delegation of Shandong Jianzhu university(five members) led by Vice President Han Feng, successfully visited Hocheschule Anhalt, RWTH Aachen University in Germany and INSA Strasbourg in France, discussing about the exchange of students, co-training talents, teacher visiting, the cooperation of teaching research, and we have reached agreement on some aspects.
Firstly, the delegation visited the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Germany, which is an outstanding university of applied technology, with 120 yeas of history. And we visited the Dessau Campus, where is famous for its majors such as architecture, conservation of historic buildings, landscape architecture etc. Our University has cooperated with Anhalt University of Applied Sciences for years, and we have students further their education there. The former Vice President Rudolf Luckmann visited our university before, and now, the current Vice president, director of International Office, and relevant personnel met our delegation, and we have reached consensus about further communication and cooperation. Then we visited the campus and students from our university who pursue their postgraduate degree there.
Our second stop is RWTH Aachen University, the University that is well-known for Engineering. Our University has also cooperated and communicated with it for years, for exmple, the School of Foreign Language of our university hassent more than 20 students majoring in German to study in its College of Humanities, and the same time they have assigned German teachers to teach Geman

Our delegation met Director of International Office, Dean and students of College of Humanities, discussing on students exchange and co-training projects. After meeting, we visited its historic old campus and the new campus under construction, leaving us a deep impression.
At last,our delegation visited INSA(Strasbourg). INSA Group has Five Campuses, and all of them are models of French Elite Education. INSA offers 5 years of Engineering Education,and those graduating from INSA will be conferred Engineer Diploma by the French Ministry of Higher Education. In 2012, the delegation of Shandong Jianzhu University visited INSA, and we keep in touch with INSA closely. We have applied for the Shandong Provincial Foreign Experts Introducing Programme to engage Cyrille Chazallon from Road Engineering Department and his team. During this visit, Francois KIEFER(Dean of teaching Affairs), Hakim REMITA(Director of International Affairs Office), Professor Cyrille Chazallon met our delegation, and talked about further cooperation, especially the feasible project of co-training of postgraduate students.
Our delegation has achieved a fruitful result, not only strengthening our communication with Colleges and Universities in Germany and France, but also promoting the characteristic and advantages of our university. This series of visit laid a solid foundation for our further cooperation.
Architectural Colleges Employment Alliance (ACEA) was established in Shandong Jianzhu University
The Launching Ceremony of the ACEA sponsored by our university was held in our school on May 11, 2013. Architectural Colleges Employment Alliance (ACEA) was officially founded.
Deputy Director Li Boping of Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province, Department of Housing and Construction magazine editor Guyan Bang, Head of Shandong Province Employment Guidance Center Gao Dejing, 12 school leaders, 17 enterprise representatives, Party secretary Wang Chongjie, President Jin Fengxiang representing our college attended the launching ceremony.
President Jin Fengxiang made a speech. Subsequently, the deputy director Li Boping congratulated the establishment of alliances and made expectations. Career Guidance Division Sun Guanyao was elected as the director of union executive committee.
The ACEA will play a good role for the first batch of 13 college students which scale up to 30 million people, to promote the development of the school within the Union school, school-enterprise cooperation and the external cooperation.
