Catalogue of Study Programmes
1 Chinese language programmes:
Short-term study: one month, three months or six months
Long-term study: one year or two years
Term begins: March or September. Students will be divided by their Chinese language level.
2 Undergraduate programmes (including program of teaching in English ): 4 or 5 years for Bachelor’s degree
Term begins before the end of October. Both bachelor’s degree and graduation certificate will be awarded after passing all exams and finishing the thesis.

3 Postgraduate programmes (3 years)
Term begins in September. Intensive course units and tutors instruction will be adhered to. Both master’s degree and graduation certificate will be awarded after passing all examinations and finishing the thesis.
4 Ph.D. programmes (4-6 years)
Group supervision will be adopted. Research areas: Research on the Theory and Technology of Green Buildings, Research on Theories and Methods of Design of Green Buildings, Research on Theories and Methods of Green Ecological Communities, Research on the System of Energy and Environment of Green Buildings.
5 Non-degree programmes
Course completion certificates will be awarded after finishing relevant course of study.
Entrance Conditions
1 Bachelor Degree Students
1.1 The applicant should be under the age of 25.
1.2 Language proficiency certificate. Applicants who apply for Chinese taught programs should provide HSK Four or a higher level certificate. Applicants who apply for English taught programs should provide TOEFL iBT score of at least 60 points or IELTS score at least 5.0, or the relevant certificates of English as the working and learning language for high school study. If you cannot provide the language proficiency certificate, you have to sit in our entrance examinations.
1.3 Provide High School Diploma/Certificate and the score report/transcripts. If the Diploma/Certificate and the score report/transcripts are neither in Chinese nor English, you should provide its notarized Chinese or English translated documents.
1.4 Provide recommendation letters by two of your high school teachers.
1.5 Provide Physical Examination Record for Foreignstudents.
1.6 If you have graduated for 12 or over 12 months when you submit your applications, you must provide Non-Criminal Record which is issued from your residential police station.
1.7 Any certificate that will make your application vigorous, such as the certificates of scholarships and/or awards.
2 Master Degree /PhD Students
2.1 Applicants for Master’s/Doctoral programs should be under the age of 35/45.
2.2 Language proficiency certificate. Applicants should provide HSK (level six) certificate. If you cannot provide the language proficiency certificate, you have to sit in our entrance examinations.
2.3 Possess Bachelor/Master degree above and your previous major should be related to the programs which you apply for.
2.4 Provide undergraduate Diploma/Degree notarized copies and the score report/transcripts or notarized copies of undergraduate courses. When the Diploma/Degree and the score report/transcripts are neither in Chinese nor English, you should provide its notarized Chinese or English translated documents.
2.5 Provide research and study plan (1500 words at least), written in Chinese or English.
2.6 Provide recommendation letters by two professionals with the title of professors or associate professors.
2.7 Physical Examination Record for Foreign students.
2.8 If you have graduated for 12 or over 12 months when you submit your applications, you must provide Non-Criminal Record which is issued from your residential police station.
2.9 Any certificate that will make your application strong, like the certificate of scholarships, awards or published thesis.
3 Language Students and Non-degree students
3.1 The applicant should be between the age of 18 and 45.
3.2 Provide Physical Examination Record for Foreign students.
3.3 Provide the latest Diploma/Certificate and the score report/transcripts. When the Diploma/Certificate and the score report/transcripts are neither in Chinese nor English, you should provide its Chinese or English translated documents.
3.4 If you have graduated for 12 or over 12 months when you submit your applications, you must provide Non-Criminal Record which is issued from your residential police station.
