The main research directions of the secondary discipline “030103 Constitutional and Administrative Law” include Chinese Constitutional Studies, Comparative Constitutional Studies, Chinese Administrative Law, and Comparative Administrative Law. Among them, the direction of Chinese constitutional studies mainly studies the basic theories and basic systems of Chinese constitutions and the specific problems that occur in the real life of Chinese society; the direction of constitutional studies focuses on the constitutional basic theories, basic systems, and constitutional cases of Western and non-Western countries. Both as a country-specific research, but also as a comparative study; China’s administrative law direction mainly studies the basic theory, basic system, and practice of China’s administrative law; the direction of comparative administrative law mainly studies the constitutional basic theory of Western countries and non-Western countries. The basic system and major cases are both national and comparative studies. It mainly cultivates the theoretical research talents of the constitutional and administrative jurisprudence, teachers of the constitutional and administrative law of universities and senior researchers of the actual departments.
