4. Pay the application fee and the ACASC service fee

Thai, also known as Dai language, is the language of the Thai and Thai peoples and belongs to a language of the East Asian/Chinese-Tibetan language family. About 68 million people around the world use Thai.

Thai language is mainly distributed in Thailand, Laos, Myanmar, northwestern Vietnam, northwestern Cambodia, southwestern China, and northeastern India.

Thai is divided into the major Thai dialects (western Yunnan and Southwestern China, north and northwestern Myanmar, and northeastern India) and the Lanna dialect (Southern Yunnan Province, Northern Shan State, Northern Thailand, Northern Laos, and Northwestern Vietnam). Siamese dialects (central and southern Thailand, southern Laos, northwestern Cambodia) and other three dialects. The northern part of the Kingdom of Thailand and the northeastern region are Lanna dialects. The central and southern parts are Siamese dialects. The Central Thai language is the standard Thai language of Thailand.

Thai is an analytical and isolated language. The basic vocabulary is mostly monosyllabic words. Different tones have the function of distinguishing between vocabulary and grammar. Synthesizing and overlapping are widely used in word formation.
