The NIS Directive sets out measures designed to ensure critical IT systems in central sectors of the economy like banking, energy, health and transport are secure. More detail on the specific rules that have to be adhered to is outlined below.
The Directive applies to operators of 'essential services' and to 'digital service providers'. Slightly different requirements apply depending on whether an organisation is considered an operator of essential services or a digital service provider.
In terms of the scope of the Directive's application to the energy sector, there is a list contained within an annex to the legislation of the types of energy sector organisations that could be considered as operators of essential services.

2. The transcript must be complete which includes all courses.
6. High school graduate certificate
1. High school Diploma must be in English or Chinese;
2. If you are studying now, you will need to provide the studying certificate which indicates the date of graduation.
7. Photocopy of valid passport
Applicant’s passport must be valid.
Note: Applicants’ passport used for the entry of China and registration
must be the identical with the one you produce the photocopy with.

Answer: When an application is pending a decision it means that your school has received it and no admissions decision has been made yet. The admissions office may have reviewed your application package or may not have.
The main cause of a pending application is usually incomplete application documents. As a result you will be requested by the school’s admission office to re-check and modify all submitted application documents or perhaps even add extra documents and then re-submit them.

Processing time varies for different applications. For example to process a degree program application requires more time than a Chinese language application. Confirmation for Chinese language application by the admission office usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. However, time for degree programs application differs. For example fall semester application processing is after March, and it takes a period of 1 to 2 months. This also depends on your qualification and the number of applicants.
