Program Objectives
The doctoral program in Accounting offers broadly based, interdisciplinary training that develops candidates’ skills in: future senior management positions in financial management, accounting or auditing departments of large enterprises or governmental organizations; conducting leading-edge research in universities or other research institutions.
Program Requirement
Students are expected to complete their program in 3 years, with the extension to a maximum of 6 years. Typically, the first year is spent on coursework and then another two years on dissertation writing and research work. Students are also required to complete a minimum of 13 credits in the area of business management theory, economic theory, empirical research methods and accounting and finance theories.

Business Administration, Accounting and Corporate Finance Theory
Optional courses: Chinese Industrial Policies and Business environment,
Chinese Culture and Business Etiquette, Chinese Corporate governance,
Management of Multinational Company, Organizational Behavior, Strategic
Management, Literature on Accounting Research
Faculty
This program is equipped with a talented group of qualified lectures and researchers. Among the 51 full-time academic staffs (a total of 62 staffs ) are two PHD supervisors, ten professors, twenty-seven associate professors, thirty-one PhDs (including post-doc research fellows), as well as seventeen Certified Public Accountants (CPAs).

No less than 13 credits.
Certificate of Graduation and Degree
Qualified students will be granted certificates of graduation and Doctor Degree of Management.
Instruction Language
All the courses are delivered in English except some of Chinese language courses.
Dissertation is required to be written in English
